Shawn Mills | President & Founder
Shawn Mills is the President of Green House Data. He has nearly 15 years of experience in technology and communications, starting with the founding of a Voice Over Internet Protocol company that raised $4.5 million in venture capital and was acquired during the internet boom. Since that venture, Shawn has filled varied roles including Senior Vice President of Product Development and Product Marketing for iDial Networks (now GlobalNet Technologies), founding member of the management team at Cerento, Inc, and Director of Marketing at www.wyoming.com. Prior to founding Green House Data, he launched the Wyoming Technology Association, the first technology based advocacy association in the state.

Shawn has been chosen to speak at industry events and locations like Data Center World and the National Center for Super Computing Applications. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas.

Cortney Thompson | Vice President, Operations & Founder 
Cortney Thompson is the Vice President of Data Center Operations at Green House Data, using more than 15 years of information technology experience in the strategic direction of our cloud hosting and colocation facilities. Before joining Green House Data, Cortney founded C&B Consulting, a technology firm based in Cheyenne that was acquired by Wyoming Professional Services, Inc. (WYOPS), a professional IT services firm. Cortney went on to become the President of WYOPS, leading the company to double its revenue and size four years straight.

Cortney is a networking expert, able to design, install and maintain multiple 99.999% reliable carrier-class networks. He holds a quiver of certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Sonicwall, Lucent, CFOS (fiber optics), Low Voltage, and CWNP (wireless).

Thomas Burns | Vice President, Business Development & Founder
Thomas Burns is the Vice President of Business Development at Green House Data, bringing an extensive sales and business development background to lead our United States sales operations. Before joining Green House Data, Thomas served as Senior Program Consultant at Systemation, Inc, a Denver-based company providing project management and consulting solutions. Thomas was responsible for sales, marketing and client services for the company’s biotechnology, healthcare and government verticals. Before Systemation, Thomas was Director of Western Sales at enterprise software provider Generation21, and launched his career at Xerox as a sales and marketing manager.

Thomas graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Art Salazar | Data Center Manager 

Art Salazar is the Data Center Manager at Green House Data, providing strategic infrastructure planning and development. He has more than 18 years of experience in information technology and large-scale industrial environments, with 10 years of IT management experience. Prior to joining Green House Data, Art served as the IT manager for a major cattle company, with duties including strategic planning, project management, and research and development.

Art is an expert in all things Microsoft, Cisco, Low Voltage and data center operations. He is A+ certified.
