The Green House Data facility is an SSAE 16, Type II compliant green data center that  offers 10,000 square feet of top of the line technology infrastructure .  For our cloud hosting, colocation, and managed hosting customers, it provides a 100% power, cooling and network up-time SLAs (service level agreements) at prices that might surprise you.

Power
Green House Data has built an N+1 electrical power infrastructure that delivers power to its customers in a true ‘A’ and ‘B’ power configuration.  The facility can provide up to 12.5kW of power to each data cabinet.  The facility receives its power from the local power company via a redundantly switched substation.  Our internal power infrastructure includes ATS, Generator and UPS protection to each rack.

Cooling Efficiency
We have invested in some of the latest cooling technologies that leverage the ambient temperatures present in our location.  Utilizing a combination of fully redundant traditional computer room A/C units(CRACs) and an air-side economizing system we can cool our facility at 10% of the energy utilized by traditional data centers.  This makes our green data center one of the most efficient in the country, all while providing the reliability mission critical data centers require.

Premium Network Connectivity
Our premium blend of BGP peered Internet connectivity has full physical and carrier redundancy from our telecommunications room to diverse POPs on to multiple backbone connections.  At no point do these carriers share the same conduit. Learn more about our broadband connectivity.

Security
Four layers of security stand between the facility entrance and access to your critical infrastructure.  Our access control system utilizes both PIN code and magnetic card reader access to the data center.  Security cameras surround the facility and are strategically located throughout the building.  The facility is monitored 24/7/365 to prevent unauthorized access.

Fire Detection / Suppression
The Green House Data facility utilizes a combination of the most state of the art fire detection and suppression systems.  An early warning air sampling system, photoelectric smoke detection system provides a secure place to house your equipment.  Monitored 24/7/365, our facility is also protected with a clean agent gaseous suppression system so our staff can prevent a fire from destroying any equipment within the facility.
