At capacity, the Green House Data facility will be a 10,000 square foot data center. For its colocation, managed hosting and cloud computing customers the facility provides a 100% power, cooling and network uptime SLA at prices that might surprise you.

Cooling Efficiency
We have invested in some of the latest cooling technologies that leverage our location's ambient temperatures.  Utilizing a combination of fully redundant traditional computer room A/C units(CRACs) and an air-side economizing systems, we can cool our facility at 10% of the energy utilized by traditional data centers.  This makes our green data center one of the most efficient in the country all while providing the reliability required of an mission critical data center.

Power
 Green House Data has built an N+1 electrical power infrastructure to deliver power to its customers in a true ‘A’ and ‘B’ power configuration.  The facility has the capability of providing 12.5KW of power to each data cabinet.  The facility receives it power from the local power company via a redundantly switched substation.  Our internal power infrastructure includes ATS, Generator and UPS protection to each rack.  Learn more about our 100% wind powered carbon neutral facility.

Premium Network Connectivity
Our premium blend of BGP peered Internet connectivity has full physical and carrier redundancy from our telecommunications room to diverse POPs on to multiple backbone connections.  At no point do these carriers share the same conduit. Learn more about our broadband connectivity.

Security
Four layers of security stand between the facility entrance and access to your critical infrastructure.  Our access control system utilizes both PIN code and magnetic card access to the data center.  Security cameras surround the facility and are strategically located throughout the facility.    The facility is monitored 24/7/365 to prevent unauthorized access.

Fire Detection / Suppression The Green House Data facility utilizes a combination of the most state of the art fire detection and suppression systems.  An early warning air sampling system, photoelectric smoke detection system provides a secure place to house your equipment.  Monitored 24/7/365, our facility is also protected by a clean agent gaseous suppression system to prevent a fire from destroying any equipment within the facility.
