Jim Taylor, Cloud Services Senior Engineer for Green House DataFor the new year, we've got some new questions queued up for Get to Know Green House Data. But for now, we're still wrapping up the last of our interviews from last year.

In case you're new to this series, Get to Know Green House Data introduces you to some of our great staff. This week, meet Cloud Services Senior Engineer Jim Taylor, who has written also a number of blogs for us in the past.

Which office do you work in? Are you originally from the area?

I work in the Cheyenne Office. I’m originally from Northern Colorado, just a few mile south of Cheyenne, WY.

What are your favorite things to do in Cheyenne?

I enjoy photography, blacksmithing, participating in our Mini Cooper car club, flying RC aircraft, motorcycle riding, and RVing.

What kinds of photography to you partake in? And why?

I do all kinds. Wedding, senior portraits, landscape, macro, and model photography.

I enjoy model photography because of the lighting aspect, and because I can play with different types of setups and different effects. You can’t do that when you are shooting a wedding, for example.

Check out some of Jim's photography here.
