Colocation Remote Hands Services

In addition to a full menu of managed IT services, server colocation in any Green House Data facility includes no-charge assistance to help you and your team out with minor infrastructure management tasks. Standard colocation services include:

  • Power cycling servers or other equipment
  • Attaching monitor, keyboard, mouse, or consoles to colocated hardware
  • Cross connect and equipment inventory and labeling, changing labeled cables
  • Installing and replacing hardware, including upgrading disk drive capacity and adding memory cards
  • Loading of media (tapes, CDs, DVDs, USB)
