Managed Services Senior Engineer

The Senior Engineer will service new and existing accounts in our data centers and on customer’s sites. The candidate must be able to operate in a professional work environment by analyzing issues that arrive via ticketing system, telephone, or e-mail. Must be able to quickly resolve customer issues, or make the determination to escalate the support issues when needed. Candidate will need to have the ability to deal with internal and external persons in the support process to ensure customers’ needs are met. Monitors and maintains systems to ensure Managed Services Team achieves the highest level of availability at all times. Provides feedback to the team members and team lead.

Strategic Account Manager

We are looking for a passionate Strategic Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers.

Strategic Account Managers generate new revenue by uncovering challenges and presenting solutions to an assigned territory of existing Green House Data customers.  Strategic Account Management responsibilities also include developing long-term relationships, connecting with key business executives, and participating in the planning and execution of our customers’ business objectives. Strategic Account Managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure full utilization of our services and the timely delivery of our solutions.

Systems Analyst I

This entry-level position will resolve customer problems via the telephone, e-mail, or ticketing system and be responsible for addressing customer technical issues through the use of technical expertise, knowledge base, and any tools which provide for swift resolution. Will begin initial course of action to track, and resolve customer's technical issues and address them immediately or escalate the case to the appropriate level of support. Will partner with other technical staff members in support of various processes. Maintains, monitors and ensures facility, infrastructure, network security, and operations maintain a high level of availability all times.
